Reliable Results
Our supervisors conduct weekly on-site walkthroughs to make sure every task is completed right. They also review before and after images and share those results with clients. We ask clients to submit monthly reviews of our service. If a client rates our performance low in any area, a senior manager steps in to discuss immediate corrective steps.

We’ve had a great experience with Total Cleaning. They are professional and they were punctual. I wanted to book the appointment for a few days ahead, but was happy to hear they had availability for the SAME DAY. I had a proposal on my hand the following day. On the walk-through appointment I explained to the Sales Rep, my concerns I had with my other cleaning company. I told him the areas I wanted the cleaners to focus on. I could only say good things about Total Cleaning I’m getting even more than what I expected. Trust-Building Technology
We utilize smart technology requiring commercial cleaning technicians to take pictures before and after they finish each service and upload those images to our mobile application for job performance evaluation. Cleaning team members are also required to clock-in and out of our mobile app. If a team member does not show up on time (which is rare), a team supervisor receives an alert and dispatches a backup cleaning technician.
