Robert SchwartzVice President Porter and Pressure Cleaning DivisionAce Pressure Cleaning Email: Robert Robert Schwartz is the Owner of Ace Pressure Cleaning Service, which merged with A&S Total Cleaning in 2000. Mr. Schwartz has two decades worth of combined experience in the Pressure Cleaning, Porter, and Construction Cleaning Industries. With this powerhouse of knowledge, Mr. Schwartz works hand in hand with new Clients such as Builders and Real Estate Developers to estimate and meet the needs for Construction Cleaning, Porter Service and Pressure Cleaning. He has always followed a code of ethics and no-nonsense approach in the initial meeting process as to adhere to our client’s priorities. |

Brian CorridonChief Financial OfficerEmail: Brian Brian Corridon joined A&S Total Cleaning in April 2003 to serve as the company’s CFO. Mr. Corridon graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in Business Management and has completed extensive graduate coursework in Accounting and Tax. Mr. Corridon has over two decades of Corporate Finance, Accounting and Tax experience. This experience includes 5 years of service in a Financial Management capacity for a NYC Construction/Building Services Contractor. His brilliance and financial direction has contributed to A&S Total Cleaning’s success in South Florida. Mr. Corridon is directly responsible for the Finance & Administration functions of the company. |

Adriana SantoveniaExecutive Office ManagerEmail: Adriana Adriana Santovenia has acted as Executive Office Manager of A&S Total Cleaning since 1992. Her longevity and experience as well as focus to the details of our Clients has helped to bring A&S Total Cleaning to Multi Million Dollar Status. She oversees all office related matters including construction cleaning scheduling, account setup, billing, and client relations. Mauricio Costa de AlmeidaConstruction Cleaning Division - Head of OperationsEmail: Mauricio Mauricio Costa de Almeida is the Head of Operations for A & S Total Cleaning. Mr. Costa de Almeida has over a decade of experience in the contract construction cleaning industry and has been with A & S Total Cleaning since 1991. Starting out as a janitorial technician, Mr. Costa de Almeida worked his way up in the company and now directly supervises all construction cleaning and specialty work. He delivers acute attention to the needs of every client, and lends superior on-site management and attention to detail with every cleaning technician. |

Bob AngerameAccount Receivable ManagerEmail: Bob Bob Angerame has more than 30 years of experience in the field of corporate accounting specializing in accounts receivables, billing, credit collections and customer service. He has worked for large financial banks in New York and brings a plethora of talent to A&S Total Cleaning. Many of Mr. Angerame’s responsibilities include edit risk management, account billing and reporting, and cash flow management. Christian Fils-AimeJanitorial Division Senior Operations ManagerEmail: Christian Mr. Fils-Aime has more than 30 years of experience in Janitorial and Facilities Management including seven years as head of Janitorial Operations at the World Trade Center in New York. He is responsible for more than a million square feet of client office space of which we provide full janitorial service. Mr. Fils-Aime prepares bids, oversees performance, supports our clients with special projects and troubleshooting, and is dedicated to all aspects of operations on the worksites. He has always put forth a can do attitude and is notable for optimism and complete follow through. |

Ana RivasJanitorial Division Senior Operations ManagerEmail: ana@totalcleaning.com Ana Rivas has been with A&S Total Cleaning since 2002. She has more than six years of experience in janitorial operations management and is responsible for janitorial operations at a number of worksites, responsibilities include staffing and supervising of janitorial employees, inspecting sites to ensure quality control, performing janitorial duties, and overseeing all aspects of operations at the worksites. Ms. Rivas works hard to ensure quality control by inspecting work performed at our client’s facilities for excellence and attention to detail. |

Cesar PueblaPorter Division Senior Operations ManagerEmail: Cesar Cesar Puebla joined A&S Total Cleaning in 2001 as a porter maintenance assistant and within six months was promoted to Porter Supervisor. Due to his endless dedication and results driven personality, today Mr. Puebla is our Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for the staffing and supervising of porter employees, inspecting sites to ensure quality control, and pledges strictly to all city regulations and ordinances. In addition, his drive and commitment to maintain long lasting productive relationships with our clients is what makes him so outstanding. |
