A&S Total Cleaning has been providing premier residential and commercial cleaning services in South Florida since 1989. Our Deerfield Beach based Janitorial Cleaning Company started out with only four employees and has now expanded to include over one hundred skilled janitorial technicians. In 2000, A&S Total Cleaning merged with Ace Pressure Cleaning & Sealing to expand our residential and commercial cleaning services to include high pressure cleaning service. A&S Total Cleaning has served a variety of diverse clientele such as Commercial Building Developers, Residential Builders and Property Management Companies.In addition to receiving incomparable and reliable cleaning results from A&S Total Cleaning, we also believe the A&S Advantage is comprised of absolute adherence to our honorable code of ethics and quality control, complete commitment to continued education and training for our cleaning technician members, and optimal license and insurance protection.

A&S Total Cleaning knows that to provide high quality janitorial services requires a strict attention to quality control. Our residential and commercial cleaning service provides total quality management by using onsite quality control supervisors, MITC employee tracking system, and an online quality control form we call our “report card”. A&S Total Cleaning is committed to providing the best South Florida janitorial services with total customer satisfaction.
A&S Total Cleaning quality control supervisors maintain strict quality control standards for all of our janitorial services. Our supervisors have a comprehensive checklist of all work to be performed onsite and make sure that all janitorial services are completed before leaving the job site.
A&S Total Cleaning uses the MITC employee-tracking systems so that we know where our janitorial technicians are at all times. The MITC computer tracking system tracks our janitorial technicians when arriving at or leaving a job site. The MITC computer system verifies both the janitorial technician's employee number and the location of the telephone from which each call originates. If an employee does not show up on time, the MITC computer system follows up by alerting A&S Total Cleaning automatically. If the employee cannot be reached in a reasonable amount of time, another janitorial technician will be dispatched to your location immediately.
Training
A&S Total Cleaning technicians are required to receive training both hands on from well experienced managers and supervisors, and the most advanced training on the use of all the necessary equipment, chemicals and supplies.Continued education ensures that A&S Total Cleaning has the strongest team of cleaning professionals servicing your facility. A&S Total Cleaning trainers have completed the following associations’ certified programs and training courses:
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.)
• National Safety Council
(Bloodborne Pathogen Training Class).
