Many South Florida residential communities have a homeowner’s association (HOA) or condominium owner’s association (COA). Generally, HOA fees are used to pay for amenities, property maintenance, and repairs. For more than 30-years, Total Cleaning has provided HOAs and COAs with a full spectrum of managed cleaning services like janitorial, porter, facility maintenance, window cleaning, floor care and power washing services.
We have found that HOA or COA boards expect their cleaning crew to be dependable, consistent and thorough. That is why we develop a custom standard operating procedure (SOP) in partnership with each community. From wearing uniforms when on-site to polishing marble floors, our W2-employees go through extensive background checks and formerly trained to follow a defined scope of work. Our Supervisors are on site to oversee job performance and track employee performance remotely. Job performance reports are provided and reviewed with our HOA/COA clients.
