We began as a janitorial and porter service company specializing in windows, floors, and deep post-construction cleaning. We continued to get trained, certified, and equipped for hospital-grade environmental services and professional disinfection – just in time to lead the charge against the spread of COVID-19. We offer our expertise across the full spectrum of professional cleaning services for public and commercial facilities.

Todd Wolf, CEO

Our belief of “Optimal client care is the key to successful business” runs deep with everything we do. It’s the life blood of our organization. We are your one stop Janitorial Cleaning Company, with the unique ability to offer all and every cleaning need to our clients. Genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to our motto have helped us become the most diverse Cleaning Company in South Florida. We call this the “Total Cleaning Advantage”.

From the beginning, it has always been important to me to be involved with overseeing all contracts from High Rise Office Buildings to Shopping Center Porter Maintenance. Direct involvement gives me the ability to maintain and facilitate customer relations and sales related to Janitorial, Construction, and Porter, as well as pay close attention to employee management and overall company quality control.

More importantly, over the last 2 decades we have assembled an amazing and genuine team to represent Total Cleaning and bring our clients the highest of standards. Of the thousands of projects over the last two decades, and with every future project, we are given the opportunity to ask, “How can we do it better, and exceed our client’s expectations?” On his leisure time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, weight training, running and cardio boxing.

Alberto Porras, Director of Operations

Alberto Porras is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of supervisory management in the commercial janitorial and maintenance operations industry. He is responsible for directing and managing operations for 12 million SQFT with over 98% retention. He understands the cleaning requirements of public high profile and high traffic facilities. He incorporates his success in Financial Planning and Operations Management; Government, County and Private Facilities bidding; Strategic Planning, Leadership, Team Building and Staff Development together with his technical experience in biohazard and blood borne pathogen systems, OSHA regulations, Green Seal and 3M products for Floor Treatment, Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning to guarantee compliance with facility regulations as well as customer satisfaction and retention. He and his team have consistently achieved recorded quality scores of 9 (in a scale of 1 to 10) in medical facilities and centers by following industry best practices from BSCAI. He has strong work ethic, great attitude and excellent customer service, being his clients and peers his strongest supporters.
