Todd Wolf

Our belief of “Optimal client care is the key to successful business” runs deep with everything we do. It’s the life blood of our organization. We are your one stop Janitorial Cleaning Company, with the unique ability to offer all and every cleaning need to our clients. Genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to our motto have helped us become the most diverse Cleaning Company in South Florida. We call this the “A&S Advantage”.

From the beginning, it has always been important to me to be involved with overseeing all contracts from High Rise Office Buildings to Shopping Center Porter Maintenance. Direct involvement gives me the ability to maintain and facilitate customer relations and sales related to Janitorial, Construction, and Porter, as well as pay close attention to employee management and overall company quality control.

More importantly, over the last 2 decades we have assembled an amazing and genuine team to represent A&S Total Cleaning and bring our clients the highest of standards. Of the thousands of projects over the last two decades, and with every future project, we are given the opportunity to ask, “How can we do it better, and exceed our client’s expectations?” On his leisure time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, weight training, running and cardio boxing.


Doug Czark, CPA

Doug Czark has over 25 years of experience as an Operational Controller/CFO. He joined our team in 2015.

Doug’s experience in management, financial statements, sophisticated financial modeling, budgeting, expense control, credit and collections, profitability analysis, cash management, system customization and other related skills has a positive impact on the company’s growth and success every day. His relentless drive to succeed is unmistakable, as is his desire to do the “right thing” by the company and its clients, is always evident.

Doug is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. He lives in Boynton Beach with his wife Carrie, their dog Zoey, and cat Frankie.


Nathalia Jurgens
– Director of Operations

With years of experience in the janitorial and managerial fields, Nathalia is adequately equipped to handle all of the tasks required by her career. She has managed large fleets of staff around the clock, while elevating the facilities she manages to higher standards. She has been recognized, promoted and awarded for her diligent and tireless work ethic. Nathalia has managed janitorial accounts in various environments including commercial office buildings, airports, and casinos. She understands the importance of excellent customer service and creating strong professional relationships with clients. Her ability to make every client feel important, resolve customer concerns rapidly and make time to properly manage her staff make her an invaluable asset to our Team.


Alberto Sanchez
– Regional Manager for the South Area

Alberto Sanchez has over 25 years of janitorial and managerial experience. His background includes many years of working in medical atmospheres, to include Johnson & Johnson and Boston Scientific. In these roles he managed and oversaw the janitorial intricacies required by each facility and directed his staff effectively. His go-getter attitude and superb customer service make him a vital employee. With us he has spent many years managing facilities such as Miami Children’s Hospital and Bio Tissue. He is certified in safety protocols, blood borne pathogens, cleanroom cleaning and handling chemicals. He is a capable, hard worker and we appreciate his work ethic and high level of professionalism.


Robert Schwartz
– Vice President

Robert Schwartz is the Vice President of A&S Total Cleaning.  Mr. Schwartz has two decades worth of combined experience in the construction, marble, pressure cleaning, porter, and facility maintenance industries. With this powerhouse of knowledge, Mr. Schwartz works hand in hand with new clients, such as custom home builders, homeowners, real estate developers, realtors, project executives, project managers and superintendents. He is a key player in the success and assisting in the growth and development of the Construction/Marble Division as well as the overall company.  He has been involved in expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that has met and exceeded project demands, and in the internal management of the company.  He has also successfully run multiple accounts simultaneously, including introducing a composite cleaning programs though the conduction phase of the project from beginning to end as well as Final Cleaning crews.  
In his spare time Robby Loves to spend time with his grown three kids and their significant others, hanging with his wife on bike rides and watching a lot of Netflix


Adriana Santovenia
– Business Development Manager

Adriana Santovenia has been with A & S Total Cleaning since 1992. Her longevity and experience, paired with her attention to client details has helped bring A&S Total Cleaning to its multi-million dollar status. She oversees all construction and marble service scheduling, account setup, billing, and client relations. Mrs. Santovenia’s background in Interior Design has benefited by helping her to successfully understand and accommodate the needs of the Construction Industry. Adrianna’s dedication to A&S Total Cleaning’s strong code of ethics lends commitment to each and every client’s needs. Her unbelievable track record and engaging qualities make Adrianna stand out as an indispensable asset.


Doris Acevedo
-Director of Marketing

Doris is a leading force at A & S. She consistently and effectively manages the marketing team to keep them accountable to each of our current and prospective clients. She has over 26 years of managerial experience in both the public and private sector, and is comfortable handling a large workload while working on many projects simultaneously. Her outgoing and honest personality is highly valued and appreciated among her peers. Her extensive experience in managing and creating interpersonal business relationships more than qualifies her as the Director of Marketing. Doris has brought nothing but great value to A & S and we are pleased to have her as part of our


Alicia Valdivieso
-Director of Human Resources

Joining the team in April 2017, Alicia possesses over 15 years of human resources experience providing guidance and leadership to senior management. Alicia’s expertise includes employee relations, benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, training and development, and management. She has experience in various industries including hospitality, distribution and financial services.
Alicia is passionate about helping our company provide a positive and safe work environment, and to make the most of our resources and talent. She works hand in hand with the rest of our team, supporting individuals excel and develop their capabilities.
Alicia holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology, and a Master degree in Human Resources. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), and through the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Alicia and her family are fans of many sports and love the outdoors, but her love for the game of soccer has been a lifelong passion.
