• Light Bulb Maintenance of all common areas
• All Gum on sidewalk to be scraped on a Weekly basis
• Police all parking lot for trash
• Police all burms for trash
• Any regular or bagged trash in dumpster enclosure to be placed inside of dumpster
• Emergency Porter Services available
