Daily/ Weekly Porter Groundskeeping ServiceOur porter service offers light building and parking lot maintenance for homeowner associations, corporate buildings, shopping centers, high-rise condominiums, and small businesses. Our porter service may include:
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Replace liners
- Clean all trash receptacles.
- Trash/litter pick up in all exterior common areas of the property and/or parking lot
- Removal of all fliers and other materials not authorized by Property Management
- All Windowsills and exterior store fronts to be wiped down and all cobwebs to be removed
- Light Bulb Maintenance of all common areas
- All Gum on sidewalk to be scraped on a Weekly basis
- Police all parking lot for trash
- Police all burms for trash
- Any regular or bagged trash in dumpster enclosure to be placed inside of dumpster
- Emergency Porter Services available
